At Boost, we take our responsibility to protect the security and privacy of the information we receive extremely seriously. About the Information We Collect
Boost collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Boost’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Boost’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Boost may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Boost also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on Boost’s blogs/sites. Boost only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
Boost may disclose collected information to our affiliates and vendors who assist us with our website. In some cases, this may require your information being sent to other countries. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

All data collected for the purposes of opening a merchant processing account is encrypted and stored in Boost’s CRM system (Salesforce.com).
How long do we store Personally-Identifying Information?
Data collected, encrypted and stored for the purposes of merchant processing accounts will be kept for as long as account information is required to maintain activity and/or to meet all regulatory and compliance guidelines or requirements.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to request that Boost close your account and delete any data originally collected to open and maintain processing accounts. Boost will also from time to time contact customers to verify and or update information as needed. You have the right to proactively request confirmation or correction of data directly or through the authorized point of contact listed on the account profile.
