Duties and Responsibilities
Support the company’s strategic marketing and visibility efforts through the development of content for all platforms, publications, and communications needs.
Contribute to, or lead initiatives relating to the company’s online and offline marketing efforts including lead generation through marketing automation, social media account management, public relations (via an external agency), managing the company’s presence at tradeshows and marketing events, implementing thought-leadership strategies both online and offline and more.
Write a wide range of engaging, original content in the form of website content, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, print brochures and more.
Define and maintain product messaging maps and corresponding sales marketing materials.
Support in the management of external resources including agencies and freelancers.
Define and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs and be able to communicate results to stakeholders of various levels
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar degree.
10+ years of experience working in marketing communications.
5+ years in financial services with proven content development, digital and social media experience.
Available work examples showcasing impactful creative approaches and high-quality communication assets for both online and offline campaigns.
Proven experience working with and getting the best out of creative agencies and freelancers.
Direct experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at building productive relationships across a matrixed organization.
Experience with WordPress, Pardot/Salesforce, Google Analytics is preferred.
Experience working with technology solutions company targeting large enterprise B2B clients.
Experience working for a software/technology or financial services company serving B2B payments, accounting/ERP systems, or financial services in either a marketing or agency role.
