Job Summary

The Sales Operations position supports the business development sales staff with analysis and production of various financial and sales related documents such as but not limited to accounts payables files, vendor files, forecast sheets, salesforce.com (SFDC) reports and dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations. The Sales Operations position also works with the Customer Service Team to support a seamless client onboarding experience. The Sales Operations position also provides SFDC and campaign support to the Sales Enablement team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development staff with the necessary analysis and segmentation of partner AP and Vendor files.
  • Merchant Statement analysis.
  • Develop SFDC Reports and Dashboards for Sales and Management.
  • Support Business Development Executives to enhance Boost’s issuer relationships.
  • Provide SFDC support to the Sales Team.
  • Research and implement new changes to streamline/enhance the Salesforce platform.
  • Administer data best practices to ensure a clean and insightful SFDC database.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for Sales and Management.
  • Support various Supplier Campaign functions and provide ongoing campaign support.
  • Support the Sales Team with client onboarding.
  • Work in conjunction with Customer Service and Marketing to streamline the onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, FI or merchant services REQUIRED.
  • Strong Excel Spreadsheet skill set including financial analysis REQUIRED.
  • Expert level SFDC report and dashboard creation and editing REQUIRED.
  • Expert user of SFDC preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint skillset preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hard working and motivated.
  • Team player with the ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some evening and weekend remote availability may be necessary but not usual.
  • No travel required.

Compensation

  • $75,000 annual salary, medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, PTO, etc.
