Boost Payment Solutions, Inc (“Boost”) was founded for the purpose of migrating payments between
businesses, institutions, and government agencies from paper checks to electronic alternatives. Boost
is an independent sales organization dedicated solely to the business-to-business and business-to government communities and assists those sectors navigate the complex world of electronic
payments.
Job Summary
The Inside Sales position will be a part of the Sales Team focusing on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. It also includes providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. This position requires strong verbal communication skills, and ability to work on their own and with others.
Reports to: Sanjit Bose, SVP of Customer Experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable
products.
Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product.
Demonstrate the methods of using products and resolve customer queries.
Close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction.
Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different products and services
offered and convince them to buy the products.
Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the
organization.
Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic
information is available with the company.
Qualifications
1-2 years tele sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
Outbound call experience preferred.
Strong communicator.
Proven closer with a track record of success.
Hard working, motivated and hungry to succeed.
Team player with the ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
CRM Salesforce experience a plus.
