Boost Payment Solutions, Inc (“Boost”) was founded for the purpose of migrating payments between businesses, institutions, and government agencies from paper checks to electronic alternatives. Boost is an independent sales organization dedicated solely to the business-to-business and business-to government communities and assists those sectors in navigating the complex world of electronic payments.
The Campaign Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy and execution of high growth demand generation plans, with a focus on email and social media. This position requires a focus on demand funnel marketing planning, and performance to meet lead generation & revenue goals. You will be an experienced campaign demand generation/acquisition strategist. You will have demonstrable success in leading B2B campaign best practices for a high-growth company. You should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, large campaigns, and budgets across multiple platforms and marketing channels for the organization.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong marketing and communications skills, experience working with Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot, and have successfully planned and executed Account Based Marketing strategies.
Build, execute, and manage full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets.
Participate in cross-functional efforts to drive customer acquisition and retention success from all channels.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create personas and buyers’ journeys to optimize a channel strategy and audience targeting that aligns with our products’ value proposition.
Manage and build the overall email marketing strategy. Create segmentation/list strategies and campaigns that generate more leads and foster retention. Deploy email marketing automation capabilities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness. Determine and achieve annual and campaign-level email marketing KPIs
Manage and build the overall social media strategy to achieve marketing goals. Manage, create and publish original high quality content on social platform. Administer all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content.
Shape and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs and be able to communicate results to stakeholders of various levels
Partner with stakeholders in Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Operations to develop, execute, and deliver against business goals.
Build annual strategies and quarterly campaign plans that include forecasted KPIs.
5+ years of related B2B marketing experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a demand generation role.
Expert understanding of a variety of marketing channels including but not limited to email, webinars, events, direct mail, paid media, partner marketing, and enabling sales development representatives to support efforts.
Direct experience working with marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
Experience working with technology solutions company in B2B payments, accounting/ERP systems, or financial services in either a marketing or agency role.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar degree.
Experience working for a software/technology or financial services company serving in markets such as healthcare, telecommunications, financial services , manufacturing, freight & logistics or real estate.
